Well, for the past week Noah has been sleeping for about 7 1/2 hours before waking up to eat. This is an improvement, because he was waking up every four hours to eat after eating 2 jars of food. My sister convinced me that I needed to give him something with more substance. Well, I am now mixing part of a baked potato with his vegetables, and he is also eating a jar of fruit. I think this is helping because last night he went to sleep at 8:45, and I woke him up at 6:15 this morning. I got up to check on him twice during the night because my body told me something wasn't right. His babysitter informed me today that in addition to his oatmeal, fruit, and 3 bottles, he ate some mashed potatoes and yogurt. She said during lunch they had mashed potatoes. She lets him walk (in his walker) in the kitchen while they eat lunch. He was pitching a fit while they were eating so she gave him bite of the potatoes. He would walk and then come back for more. She said later Ruby was eating yogurt. Once again he pitched a fit, so she gave him some. I am telling you we have a little pig on our hands.
We went shopping for him last weekend. We had to buy 12 month clothes. My sister went to the big sale at Old Navy and bought him several shirts and fleece pants. He wore a pair of 12-18 month pants today. I think they run a little small, but still. He should not be wearing clothes that size. Anyway, I wanted to update you on the latest.
