I went to the doctor today, and things seem to be better than last week. The doctor I saw last week said she was concerned because I had not gained weight in 8 weeks, and my fundal height was the same as the week before. So, she sent me to Tyrone to have an ultrasound done to make sure Eden was okay. I found out that at 36 weeks Eden was apprroximately 5 pounds and in the 12th percentile. She was measuring 33 weeks. That was a shock to me since I am use to hearing the words 95 th percentile. All week I have been praying for Eden to grow. Anyway, I got to see Heather (the midwfe I like to see)today. I have gained two pounds in the last week (I think I am the only person that would be happy about that), and my fundal height has grow a full centimeter. I left the office praising the Lord for letting this little (I mean little) girl grow. I think Eden may come on her own, instead of like her big brother because things are progressing faster than they did with Noah. I go next week for another check up and ultrasound. Let's pray that she has grown even more.
Well, Noah will be two in two days! We took him to the doctor a couple weeks ago because he was running a fever and found out that he is 35 pounds. Bless his heart he is a mama's boy and has gotten into the "old you" stage. Yes it breaks my back, but how can I resist.
